Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

Game Changers (developer: Game Changers Dating App) maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms. This policy applies to all users, content, and interactions on the platform, including user profiles, messages, photos, videos, games, and live interactions.

Game Changers is a social and dating application intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We are committed to complying fully with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities worldwide.

• Game Changers is strictly an 18+ platform. Minors are prohibited from registering or using the app.
• All users must confirm they are at least 18 years old via an age gate before accessing any content.
• Users found to be under 18 are immediately removed and their accounts permanently terminated.
• We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time if we have reasonable suspicion a user may be a minor.
• Profile creation requires acceptance of our Terms of Service, which explicitly prohibit use by minors.

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Game Changers and will result in immediate and permanent account termination, as well as reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities and NCMEC:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — images, videos, text, or illustrations
• Sexual content depicting, describing, or referencing individuals under the age of 18
• Grooming behaviors — building inappropriate relationships with minors for the purpose of exploitation
• Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, in-person meetings, or the exchange of sexual material
• Sharing, distributing, linking to, or facilitating access to CSAE or CSAM content
• Attempting to identify, locate, or contact minors through the platform
• Using the platform to traffic, exploit, or abuse children in any way
• Any other content or behavior that violates child safety laws or regulations in any jurisdiction

Game Changers employs a multi-layered approach to detect and prevent CSAE on the platform:

• Automated systems: Content scanning tools flag suspicious images, messages, and patterns for human review.
• Human moderation: Our trust and safety team reviews flagged content and user reports on a priority basis.
• PhotoDNA / hash-matching: We use industry-standard technologies to detect known CSAM.
• Proactive monitoring: We monitor user behavior patterns that may indicate grooming or exploitation.
• Immediate action: Accounts confirmed to have violated our child safety policies are permanently banned and cannot create new accounts.
• Law enforcement cooperation: We preserve and provide records to law enforcement agencies upon lawful request.
• NCMEC reporting: All confirmed or suspected CSAM is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Game Changers provides accessible, in-app tools for users to report harmful or suspicious content and behavior:

• Report Profile: Every user profile includes a "Report" button allowing any user to flag inappropriate content or behavior.
• Report Message: Individual messages can be reported directly from within any conversation.
• Report Categories: Reporting includes specific categories including "Inappropriate content," "Harassment," "Fake profile," and "Other."
• 24-hour review: All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours. Reports involving potential CSAE are treated as highest priority and escalated immediately.
• Feedback confirmation: Users who submit reports receive confirmation that their report has been received.
• No retaliation: Users who report in good faith are protected from retaliation.

Game Changers complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — Mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline.
• PROTECT Our Children Act — Proactive measures to prevent, detect and report child exploitation.
• CAN-SPAM Act and COPPA — No collection of data from users known to be under 13; immediate deletion upon discovery.
• Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy — Full compliance with Google's CSAE standards for apps on the Play Store.
• International Laws: We comply with applicable child protection laws in all jurisdictions where our app is available.

We cooperate fully and promptly with all lawful requests from law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and NCMEC in connection with child safety investigations.

• Moderation and trust & safety staff receive training on identifying and responding to CSAE indicators.
• All staff handling CSAM reports are briefed on mandatory reporting obligations.
• Third-party service providers and partners are contractually required to comply with our child safety standards and applicable laws.

This policy is reviewed regularly and updated to remain compliant with evolving laws, Google Play requirements, and industry best practices. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised.
